The Khndzoresk History Museum had stopped operating for some time, but in 2023 it was officially reopened — it now works every day from 09:00 to 18:00 . The museum displays the life of the local population, their household items, old and new photographs, traditional objects from the past to the present — in other words, cultural and ethnographic artifacts and exhibits. The museum is also a contemporary venue for visitors throughout the year — welcoming both locals and foreign tourists. So if you arrive in Khndzoresk (or are on your way there), it is a good idea to make the museum your first stop — it allows you to better understand the ethnographic, social, and historical traditions and lifestyle of the people who lived in this region.
